Venue Activator

We are searching for key team members to be part of the first Social Sports Society venue. Our team are the most important part of our sites, next to our customers and we are looking for people, passionate about the game, that have an engaging and energetic personality.  

As a team member, you will help in the delivery of quality Padel tuition under the guidance of our Coaching & Management team. You will help activate sessions for beginners, run club sessions and assist in running open days & competitions. Always putting our customers first. 

Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to): 

  • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers. 
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of sessions, including equipment set-up and take-down. 
  • Undertake basic club maintenance. 
  • Maintain the equipment and courts, to the highest possible standards, bringing attention to any faults or repairs to the relevant team. 
  • Work alongside the F&B team to serve members. 
  • Undertaking sessions according to the programme timetable and ensuring classes commence at the designated times. 
  • Proactively manage customer behaviour during the use of facilities to ensure highest possible levels of safety and enjoyment.

 What Social Sports Society require! 

  • Ideally Previous experience in a Sport or Hospitality setting  
  • High personal presentation standards 
  • Willingness to train as an activator & Padel Coach 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
