Our time at Brent Cross has come to an end. Rather than renew in the same location, we’ve taken the decision to invest in a purpose-built venue at Finchley Road that gives our community significantly more – more courts, better facilities, and a proper social space. This is a planned step forward for S3 Padel.
Monday 4th May 2026 is our final day of trading at Brent Cross
All court bookings at Brent Cross after 4th May will be cancelled. You will be contacted directly and offered a full refund to your original payment method. Where possible, we’ll try and move your booking to our Wembley venue.
Absolutely not. S3 Padel is growing. We currently operate venues across the UK including Wembley, Derby, Sutton, Bristol and more, with further sites opening in 2026. Brent Cross closing is one chapter ending so a better one can begin.
We completely understand this frustration and we are genuinely sorry. We want to be as transparent as we can about why the notice has been so short.
The landowners served us notice on the site, which is the reason we haven’t been able to give more warning. Whilst we did receive notice from them, our last official day at the venue and our last day of trading are not the same thing. In order to safely remove the courts and clear the site ahead of handing it back, we have to stop trading before that final date. Running a court removal operation alongside live customer sessions is not something we are able to do safely or fairly – and we would not want to offer an experience that falls below the standard you expect from us.
The possibility of this happening has been on our radar and it’s a big part of the reason we’ve been working hard to secure Finchley Road – we didn’t want to be in a position where we lost Brent Cross without having something better ready for this community.
We recognise this is not ideal and we are sorry for the inconvenience it causes. Anyone with a booking affected by the closure will be contacted directly.
You have options and someone from our team will contact you personally to talk through them. We appreciate this is an inconvenience so we’ll freeze all membership payments from now until we move to Finchley Road. During this time, you’ll still be able to use your membership perks at our nearest S3 venue – Wembley.
As soon as Finchley Road opens, we’ll transfer your membership across and give you a month free as a thank you for bearing with us. Of course, if you don’t want to join us at our exciting new Finchley Road venue, you can either stay at S3 Padel Wembley or cancel completely.

To help you play matches with players of a similar level, our coaches will assess your skills and amend your level appropriately. Ready to test your level and rise up the Playtomic ranks?
(Don’t worry – we won’t move you down!)
Ready to get technical? These are coach-led learning sessions, each focusing on specific padel strokes and techniques (e.g. volleys, overheads, playing off the glass).
Open to everyone: from beginners to through to advanced players. Work at your individual level, with coaching and guidance throughout.
A women-only session led by our coaches*.
The first hour is training drills for specific strokes and techniques, with individual guidance and feedback. Followed by a series of short games involving all players.
* At this time, we cannot guarantee a female coach will run these sessions. If this is required, please contact us.
A mixed-level session focusing on fun and bonding with your child, and other likeminded families.
In pairs (adult and child) you’ll play several mini games against different pairs. Our team host the session and facilitate the game play.
